- If you receive a call from a contact listed in the global phonebook, the contact’s name will now be displayed instead of their phone number
- Previously, if you had several queue wallboards, it was impossible to tell them apart in your browser tabs. Each tab now displays the name of the corresponding queue wallboard
- Browser and desktop Webphone
- ‘Settings’ tab > Integrations — added a new setting that allows you to enable automatic call logging in your CRM. This setting is turned off by default
- Call recording in the PBX
- Previously, if you had purchased the call recording storage service, you had to enable call recording manually in the settings of each object where it was available
- Call recording is now enabled by default when you create a new object, provided that you have purchased the call recording storage service
- We have also added a setting under ‘General settings’ that allows you to control this behaviour and enable call recording for all supported objects
