How to Configure Queue Priority

In this article

Introduction

The queue priority object allows you to set the importance of the call for the queue object. This feature is used when there are multiple queues with the same agents assigned.

Configuring Queue Priority

Firstly, head to your PBX tab to drag and drop the "Queue Priority" object. Click on the settings icon.

Name the Queue Priority & Set the priority level. Don't forget to save and apply the new configuration.

The importance of the call is defined from 1 to 10. The higher, the more important the call.

Note: calls with priority 1 will be more important than calls without any priority.

Example of this setup below.
