How to add the PayPal payment method

Introduction

At the end of this article, you will be able to add the Paypal payment method to your account. Should you need any assistance, feel free to contact our support department.

Setting PayPal up on your account 

  1.  Once you have logged into the customer portal, click the billing tab & bills and payments.

  2. Go to Payments and select the payment method PayPal.

  3. You will be redirected to log in to your PayPal account. Enter your existing details or Create an Account.

  4. PayPal will get you to complete their account verification.

  5. Select your Billing Address & Payment Method with PayPal. Then click agree and continue.

  6. Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to go back to the customer portal and see your payment method has been added.

Unable to add PayPal account?

If you are unable to add your PayPal account as your payment method, please try the following steps

  • Log out completely (both PayPal and the customer portal)
  • Close all PayPal tabs
  • Clear browser cache/cookies (recommended if it keeps happening)
  • Open a new tab and log in to your customer portal
  • Add your PayPal account 

    If it keeps happening
  • Disable VPN if in use, as it can trigger session resets
  • Different browser or try Incognito mode

    If you are still unable to add your PayPal account, we recommend contacting the PayPal support team.
