Zapier Integration

At the end of this article, you will be able to add and configure Integration licenses and the Zapier Integration. Should you need any assistance, feel free to contact our support department.

How to order Integration licenses

  1. Log into your customer portal, select the Order services tab and click on Advanced features.
  2. Then, click the Activate button, which will enable the Integration licenses.
  3. Next, read and agree to the service terms and conditions and submit the order, as shown in the screenshot below.

How to configure the Zapier Integration

  1. Once you have Activated the Integration license, you will need to open the Integrations tab from your customer portal. 
  2. Then select Zapier and click Activate.

How to link Zapier to the Webphone App

  1. Once you have Activated the Zapier integration, log into your Zapier account and go to Apps -
  2. Search for the app "Webphone by VoIPcloud" and click on Connect.
  3. Select the Country of your service and "Yes, continue to Webphone by VoIPcloud".
  4. Then log into the Users Webphone and click Authroise. The User must be logged into the webphone while you are trying to connect.
  5. If you have more than one User to add to Zapier you can do this by going into My app and Webphone by VoIPcloud. Then click on "Add connection", then follow steps 3 - 4 again.
  6. You will be able to use the following events to create Zaps (automated call flows) within Zapier.
